Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 27, 2026

At All Star Fam, every order is made just for you. Because we partner with Printify to produce print-on-demand items, each piece is printed, packed, and shipped only after you place your order. This means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because someone changed their mind.

That said, we stand behind every item we sell. If something is not right, we will make it right. Here is exactly how we handle every situation.


Print-on-Demand Items

All products sold through All Star Fam, including shirts, long sleeves, and infant onesies, are custom printed on demand. Because of this, the following are our standard policies:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. We strongly encourage all customers to review our size guide before placing an order. 
  • All sales are considered final once an order has been placed and sent to production.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We take pride in the quality of every order that leaves our fulfillment partner. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will take care of you right away.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives visibly damaged (torn, stained, or otherwise harmed during shipment
  • Has a clear printing defect (faded print, misaligned design, incorrect colors)
  • Is the wrong item entirely (wrong product, wrong size, wrong design sent)

What you will need to do:

  • Contact us at shopallstarfam@gmail.com within 14 days of your confirmed delivery date.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the defect.

Once we review your request, you will have the choice of a full replacement at no charge or a full refund to your original payment method. We will confirm your selection and process it promptly.

Requests submitted after 14 days of the confirmed delivery date will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Store Credit for Sizing

We understand that sizing can be tricky, especially when ordering online. While we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, we do offer store credit under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 14 days of your confirmed delivery date
  • The items is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • You ship the item back to us at your own expense using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit equal to the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future All Star Fam purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns will not be processed.
